06-07-09: Exercise round-up

I’m currently watching the Wimbledon Mens final, so I thought I’d take a few minutes to post an exercise related update. This last week happened to be the first “real week” of exercise, after cracking my ribs, so I thought I’d post an update as to what happened, my plans for the next week, and the plans for slightly further ahead:

In short – this week. I clocked up 5×60 minute bike sessions, Tuesday – Saturday, covering a distance of 128.84 miles, and burning off 3554 calories in the process, which aint all that bad. It gives me an average MpH of 25.76 which I’m happy enough with, though obviously I’ll be looking to increase that number, as the weeks go by.

In terms of healthy eating – I’ve been better this week, but not as good as I could be – the plan is to fully switch back to my “Healthy eating” regime as of tomorrow morning, whilst also increasing my training to by at least 25 mins, to take me upto 325 minutes.

In terms of my weight – I honestly don’t know. I plan on weighing myself, for the first time in a long, long while, on Friday, August 7th.

So yep, that’s about it really – I’m off to carry on watching Wimbledon, before having some tea. I’ll hopefully post an update either towards the middle of this forthcoming week, or at the end of the week.
